Great Lakes Pressed Steel Corporation, we have been producing precision stamped brass and stainless steel components such as this for many years.
This particular component was fabricated utilizing our precision punch press capabilities. The extruding dies used featured perforations, forming a part that measures 0.094″ in height, an outside diameter of 5.947″, and an inside diameter of 0.379″. The customer supplied drawings called for tolerances of +0.002/-0.000, and angular tolerances of ±1°.
